2. Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure
- Visitor Data: Holistic WellCare Advisers collects, uses, and stores data regarding user visits to its website and use of the Holistic WellCare Advisers application (“Visitor Data”), including the particular pages visited, time spent, errors experienced, FAQ page visits, and device/browser information such as mobile device ID and IP address.
- Onboarding Data: Includes questionnaire responses during registration, pages viewed, and actions during onboarding.
